Custom MCP server + iOS companion
Every scheduling question took five clicks in a system built for entering data, not answering questions.
Expense reporting automation
A monthly expense report meant retyping a credit card statement by hand and recalling six-digit budget codes from memory.
Lectio Divina iOS app
A minimal iOS app for a slow, structured reading practice. My own design across four screens.
Database ↔ email platform sync
The vendor integration failed most nights, so a colleague reconciled two databases by hand.
Sermon processing pipeline
A ministry had ~1,500 archived recordings to process, at about 75 minutes of hands-on work each.
Song usage consolidator
Planning data lived in separate exports per site and season, which made simple questions unanswerable.
Operations
Running a weekly live program across several sites: the calendar, the budget, the vendors, the team, and the documentation.
Multi-site operations
51+ live events a year with a rotating volunteer team, a $10K budget, and for a stretch three locations at once.
Procurement & platform migrations
Aging equipment, two sites still on legacy hardware, and no technical staff to hand it to.
Worship
Sets and songs, recorded live. Vocals, guitar, bass, drums, keys and mandolin, usually singing and playing at once.
